Banner Year Bats

This is still one of my favorite sets in the August-December 2020 mini catalog. Banner Year!

Here is a card that my upline made with the set on her Facebook live. I made a few changes to add a little of my own take.

Base is Gorgeous Grape, 5 1/2 x 4 1/4
Black layer, 3 1/4 x 5 1/2
Purple Posy, 3 x 5 1/2
Banner is made from Purple Posy and Black, using the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch (This punch makes 6 different banners!)
Layering Circles for the sentiment (I used a miscellaneous scalloped circle.)

There is still time to pick up your Banner Year stamp set. This is one of those sets you will get the use of. It covers Halloween, Fall, Thanksgiving, Christmas and even Valentine's Day.

Hope you enjoyed the card!

Tag Punch Greeting Card

This is a unique design I found on YouTube from Lisa Curcio. I love her videos. They are very clear and easy to understand. Rather than try to take her thunder and explain how to make this card, please visit her YouTube.

Supplies used:
Banner Year ("Happy Thanksgiving" inside greeting)

After you learn how to make this card, you will want to use this design to make your own cards.

Please shop my website for all these supplies and more. Your orders are much appreciated.

Grateful Heart

I love this card. It is not my design. I copied it somewhere on the web. I usually write down the source so that I can give the artist credit, but I neglected to do that apparently. If it is yours, I apologize and I want you to know that it is a very nice card indeed. The stamp set is Beautiful Autumn. The cute little acorn and leaves comes from the coordinating punch set. You can purchase these in a bundle and save 10%.

The base is Mint Macaroon 8 1/2 x 5 1/2
The dark layer is Early Espresso 4 1/4 x 2 3/4
Guilded Autumn DSP 4 1/4 x 1 cut at an angle

Using Versamark stamp the leaves on the Mint Macaroon. Emboss the brushed cardstock with the Greenery Mini Emboss folder and layer on the Early Espresso. Layer the DSP. Layer the Cajun Craze circle. Stamp the sentiment with Early Espresso and cut out with the the Tasteful Labels Die. Stamp the die cut piece using Cajun Craze, Early Espresso and Mint Macaroon. The leaves are also stamped with Cajun Craze and filled in with same.

Add the ribbon from the Basket Weave & Metallic Combo.

I hope you like the card. What a wonderful message to send to someone special this time of year.

Please know that I will make you a copy of any of the cards I post on my website. Please contact me through my website if you would like your own personal copy or if you would like to purchase supplies to make your own.

Visit again soon for more fall ideas.

Beautiful Friendship

Beautiful Friendship is one of my favorite sets. It's beautiful!

This card was posted by Vickie Parsons.

Base: Coastal Cabana 8 1/2 x 5 1/2
Layer: Pool Party 5 1/2 x 4, embossed with Ornate Gardens Embossing Folder
Dies: Layers are both cut with Stitched Rectangles
Ink: Both flowers are stamped with Pool Party, center is Coastal Cabana, leaves Pear Pizzaz

I finished it up by taking a piece of Polka Dot Tulle ribbon and a piece of Pool Party Shear. I love the Polka Dot Tulle so much that I'm already on my third roll just since June!

Check out the supplies at my website. Your orders are much appreciated at this time.

Check back early next week for more ideas.

Sunflowers

Some friends of mine wanted to do a Magic Slider Card. There are many different names for this kind of card i.e. magic window card, hidden message, hidden slider just to name a few.

I found this one on YouTube by Ashley Fifer. If you would like to make one, I would say "google it"! I chose hers because I liked the set she used and I just happened to have that set. Jar of Flowers. I posted a card using this set not too long ago. You can get another idea for the set and see that here.

I love this card by Ashley but the volume on the video was very very hard to deal with. I had to pause it 100 times I'm sure to get through this card. Determination won!

The idea is that when you pull the tab, it reveals a hidden picture or message. I will give you the supply list of what I used to create, but I would say if you want to make one it is best if you find a video walk through that will work for you.  I'm not even going to try to tell you how to make it. It's not a beginner project! :)

Stamps: Jar of Flowers, Forever Fern (sentiment)

Punch: Jar

Embellishments: Gingham Ribbon (Bumblebee),

Ink: Black Stazon (This is critical. You cannot do this project without Stazon!)

Cardstocks: Vanilla, InColor 6x6, Window Sheets, Bumblebee

Other: Tasteful Labels Dies

Take a moment to visit my website. I could really use your support during this time.

Be blessed!

Bright Birthday

Sorry to be away so long. I've been very busy, er......stamping! I've been busy with work and busy stamping when not at work. Then all of a sudden I remember, I need to post what I've been working on!

I liked this card from LeeAnn Greff over at Flowerbug's Inkspot the moment I saw it. I have always been one to love color! Not crazy about neon, but I do love bright.

This card uses the So Much Happy Bundle

I love that the die cuts out the word happy but it is all still attached. I stamped some stars on the inside with Versamark ink to just give a water look. The banner is part of the die set. I cut that out using the Rainbow Glimmer Paper. It is very shimmery and glittery. It is hard to see in the picture. The balloons are die cut from the New Incolor 6x6.  I love those balloon strings that are die cut also. The sentiment is also from the set.

What a cheerful card to send someone for their birthday.

You can find these products and many others at my website.

Until next time,
Vickie

Spooktacular

 Good morning!

I have another Halloween card for you today. This one comes from Lisa Curcio. It is a cute, but very simple card using the Ghoulish Goodies stamp set in the Mini Catalog

The base is black 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 5 1/2 and folded at the top. I stamped a 4 x 2 1/5 piece of the Magic in This Night DSP with the little pumpkin from the same set.

Next I added a layer of Smoky Slate (4 x 5 1/4) that was embossed with the Cobweb 3D folder from the Mini Catalog. Be sure and stamp that sentiment on the Smoky Slate before embossing. Adhere the stamped DSP to the Smoky Slate layer. I wrapped a piece of the Glittered Organdy Ribbon around this layer and adhered it on the black. Then I tied an extra piece on the front and adhered with a glue dot to hold in place.

Stamp the cat and cut out with Layering Circles. Color his collar with Stampin Blends. Add the spider and a jewel to his collar and you are finished.

As Lisa shared on her post, this is a simple sketch that can be used with lots of different cards. Change your paper and images and you have a totally different card. Here is another that Lisa shared.

Here are the details:

Stamp set and dies-Arrange a Wreath Bundle

You can find all of these supplies in the Mini Catalog and Annual Catalog at my website.

Try this easy sketch our for yourself. Have fun!

See you next time!

Sunshine

On page 12 of the catalog is the Jar of Flowers  stamp set. There are two line stamps that are sideways, so, silly me, I couldn't figure out what those images were. Then I thought...straws!!! So I took to looking for a card designed using these images as straws.

I found this beautiful card from Gillian Long.

Here are some details:

Base Terracotta 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, smaller 5 1/4 x 4 impressed with Wrapped in Texture Emboss Folders
These are two mini folders (6 1/4 x 3 3/8) made for the mini emboss machine coming out soon!

Ornate Garden DSP 5 1/4 x 2 1/2

White is cut with Stitched So Sweetly dies (second largest rectangle)

I stamped that wonderful sentiment from Ridiculously Awesome in Terracotta Tile ink.

Stamp the jar in memento black. The jar filling is a reversible stamp. One side is smooth, the other is not. Using the first side, I stamped in Daffodil Delight. Turn the stamp over and (stamping off once), stamp the inside liquid again with Daffodil Delight.  Stamp the straw with Mint Macaroon inside the jar. Use the Jar punch to punch out your jar. I stamped the straw with Mint Macaroon on a scrap piece of white, fussy cut it and added to the jar. Tape this on the back to give it stability.

Using the Butterfly Duet punch, punch one butterfly from Terracotta and the smaller one with Vellum cardstock. Use a small glue dot to adhere the vellum butterfly to the larger one. Cover your glue dot with a Champagne Rhinestone

Find all these supplies here

Now go fix yourself a nice cold glass of lemonade and enjoy before the summer comes to an end!

Blessings,

Vickie

More Than Cookies

Happy Monday!

Today's card is featured on p. 91 of the annual catalog. It uses the Nothing's Better Than Bundle.

The base is 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Real Red. One of my favorite paper collections is the 6x6 Regals DSP. The polka dots is real red from that set.

I stamped 7 cookies, colored them with the Crumb Cake Stampin Blends and used the Nothing's Better dies to cut them out.

The words are several individual pieces so that you can make different sentiments. Check out these Love You More Than dies. I cut these out with Early Espresso

I had to use one of my own heart dies. I cut it out in the Petal Pink and added to a white piece that measures 4 x 2 1/2.

Add the words, tuck the cookies in and around, and there you have it!

You can find these and other supplies at my website.

Have a good day!

Going Batty

Today's card is another Halloween card that I copied from debstampslife.com using the Banner Year stamp set. I just really love this set. It has so many different options in it.

I realize this picture is not the best. I forgot to take the picture in the day time light and night just doesn't work very well.

Base: white 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, 3/4" and cut using the Banner Punch
Bumblebee layer: 5 1/2 x 3 3/4
Plaid Tidings DSP: 1 3/4 x 4 1/2
Pumpkin: 2 3/4 x 4
Black: 3 3/4 x 1/4, a black layer under the white banner.

I stamped the bat on the pumpkin with pumpkin ink with 2nd and 3rd generation stamps. If you are not familiar with those terms, it means I inked the stamp up with pumpkin then stamped it two more times without re-inking.

I stamped 4 of the bats in black memento and fussy cut those. They are adhered with dimensions.
The banner sentiment is part of the same stamp set. I used the banner punch to fancy the ends.

I have been lax in posting because as I said I was going to do, I spent the whole Labor Day weekend in my stamp room! lol. So busy copying cards from various places around the web that I neglected to show you what I've been doing. I promise to catch up with those ideas soon.

All of these products are available at my website here.

Hope you have a great rest of the week.

Thank you for stopping by.

Pile of Pumpkins

It is that time of year when people are posting their Halloween creations. I don't really do much for Halloween stamping, but I did copy a few cards that I found around the web. The next few posts will be some creations that I thought were cute.

I found this one on debstampslife.com which uses Banner Year on p. 64 of the new Mini Catalog.  This was one of the first sets I purchased because it covers so many holidays.

The base is a 4 1/4 x 11 scored at 5 1/2 and folded at the top.
That 4 x 5 1/4 plaid layer is from the new Plaid Tidings 6x6 paper from the New Mini Catalog.
There is a pumpkin layer that is 4 3/8 x 2 7/8. The white layer is 4 1/4 x 2 3/4.
The bottom row of pumpkins starts about 1 1/4" up from the bottom. I copied Debs card in the way she put the face on the pumpkins. This looked like such an easy card, but it took me a couple of tries to get the placement right.

I laid a strip of the Glittered Organdy Ribbon and just wrapped it around the back. I cut the sentiment out of pumpkin using a die from Tasteful Labels. That sentiment is one of several fall/halloween sentiments in the stamp set. I adhered this piece with dimensionals.

I did make a few changes. Here is the original post from debstampslife.com

Hope you have a very special Labor Day weekend. I plan on staying home and well, stamping! Watch for a couple more Halloween ideas soon.

Blessings,

Vickie

Halloween Treat Box

I made this adorable treat box from Chic n Scratch. I think she is doing twelve weeks of Halloween. This is week one. She does such a great job explaining how to make it, I will refer you directly to her video here.

It is very difficult, at least for me, to photo boxes, but I did the best I could. Most all of these supplies are in the August-December 2020 Mini Catalog.

Here are the supplies I used.

3/4" circle punch

Once you learn how to make the box, look what you can do!

These little boxes hold a gift card perfectly, as well as most of the snack size Halloween treats. I needed a quick holder for a gift card for my brother in law so I quickly put this together using the Timeless Tropical stamp set and In The Tropics dies.

The flamingo is from Stamps of Life. I used our Flirty Flamingo Stampin Blends to color it.

I am sure I will be using this box idea through the holidays as I do like to give gift cards and treats.

Find all your holiday needs at my website.

Glad you stopped by today!

By The Dock

Love this card posted on page 113 of the new 2020 Annual Catalog. Thankful that I am a Stampin Up Demonstrator and have access to how the cards in the catalog are made. If you are interested in becoming a demonstrator, please contact me through my website. This is one of many benefits of being a demonstrator. Did I mention saving money on EVERY order?

This card features the By the Dock stamp set and Dockside Dies.

This is my take on the card:

Base: 11 x 4 1/4 Night of Navy cardstock, scored at 5 1/2
White: 5 1/2 x 4 1/2

I made lines across the card using the Light Purple Posy Stampin Blend. Then I used the Dark Purple Posy Stampin Blend overlapping on the light. Then I used the Light Night of Navy Stampin Blend followed by the Dark Night of Navy Stampin Blend. All of the colors overlap into the next color. I used the white watercolor pencil in Assortment 1 to add some dimension to the ocean water. Trim this piece down to 5 1/8 x 4. Trim off 1/2" on both the top and the bottom. Adhere as shown to your base.

Stamp the dock in Memento Ink on Sahara Sand cardstock. Color using the Crumb Cake Stampin Blends. Color the bird using the white watercolor pencil. Die cut using Dockside dies. Adhere using dimensionals.

Stamp the sentiment on Sahara Sand using Night of Navy. Die cut circle with Stitched Shapes. Adhere using dimensionals.

Stamp the birds with Memento Ink onto white cardstock, color with Balmy Blue Stampin Blends and die cut.

Color 4 jewels from the Flowers for Every Season Gems with Stampin blends. A trick that was mentioned since these gems do not have adhesive on them, put them down on a strip of adhesive to hold them. When they are dry lift them off (I used my tweezers) and adhere to the card.

This card is so much prettier in person. Get your supplies and make yours today!

All these supplies and more are available through my website.

See you soon!

Always in My Heart

This card uses the Field of Flowers stamp set. One of my favorites in the new 2020 Annual Catalog.

It is a photopolymer set so placement is easy.

The base is 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 So Saffron scored and folded at the top.

White 5 x 3 3/4, circle 2 1/8" using Layering Circles

Pear Pizzaz 4 3/4 x 3 1/2

Early Espresso strip 3 3/8 x 3/8

Stamp the flowers at the bottom using Pear Pizzaz.

I used the Stamparatus to stamp the image at the top in Early Espresso.

The flowers are stamped with So Saffron and Pear Pizzaz. This circle piece is adhered with dimensionals. Add a piece of linen thread and you're all done!

Quick and easy.

You can find all these supplies at my website.

Have a stamping weekend!

Boo!

Happy Wednesday, or is it Happy Windsday! (long time Winnie the Pooh fan!)

I love this card from Amy Koenders! It has two of my favorite things: Owls and Spiders!

I started with a base of 11 x 4 1/4. The bats are from Magic in This Night DSP cut at 4 7/8 x 3 1/8. This piece is actually layered on a piece of black measuring 5 x 3 3/4 and then adhered with dimensionals.

The largest circle is Mango Melody die cut with the Stitched Shapes (largest circle) and a small portion trimmed off the side. The smaller circle is Bumble Bee cut with the medium circle of Stitched Shapes. I stamped the owl image from Have a Hoot directly on the circle with Black Memento. Color the tree with Soft Suede Stampin Blends.

Stamp the owl image again on white and die cut with the Peek A Hoot Dies. The owl and the spider are on one die and cut out together. Color these with Crumb Cake and Gray Granite Stampin Blends. I copied Amy's idea of going around the images with Light Mango Melody

Using versamark stamp the sentiment and emboss with white emboss powder. This is stamped on a piece of the DSP 3 x 1/2" and adhered with dimensionals.

Add a bumblebee dot from the 2020-2022 In Color Enamel Dots.

A quick stamp on the inside from the same set and colored with Crumb Cake. The pumpkin is colored with Mango Melody and Daffodil Delight.

Amy does great work. Hope you enjoy this card.

Spooky

Hello and Happy Monday!

Today's card is a "spooky" card. I don't buy a lot of Halloween, but if it has owls or spiders (sometimes cats), I'm hooked.

Lots of spiders on this card!

The base is 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Blackberry Bliss with a layer of Magic in This Night DSP.

I stamped the white layer which is 5 x 3 with the spider web image from Festive Corners using my Stamparatus. Then I ran this piece through my die cut machine using the new Cobweb 3D Embossing Folder.

I stamped "Spooky" on white cardstock and die cut it using the Stitched Rectangles. I layered this piece on Blackberry Bliss cut at 3 1/8 x 1 1/8.

The little black web is die cut from Peek A Hoot dies. There are 3 spiders that I fussy cut and added.

I stamped the inside of the card with a portion of the web from Festive Corners. I inked up just the spider and added it to the web. He has a little spinneret in the picture! That was an accident. Lol.

Lastly, I added 3D bodies to the spiders with the Iridescent Pearls. I love how they look on the spiders!

All of these products are in the August-December 2020 Mini Catalog.

I hope you like my spider card!

Blossoms in Bloom

Hello! Glad you stopped by today.

Here is another card using the Blossoms in Bloom stamp set. This one doesn't require the coordinating die set. However, if you saw my previous post, you will want to get the die set also. If you purchase them together, you save 10%.

This stamp set is a photopolymer set with a lot of nice sentiments.

Base: 2020-2022 InColor BumbleBee 8 1/2 x 5 1/2
Layer: Blackberry Bliss 5 1/4 x 4
White Layer: 5 x 3 3/4

Stamp the main flower image in BumbleBee. Add leaves in Garden Green. Stamp the flower centers and some additional little flowers using Blackberry Bliss.

Add some bling with the metalic pearls.

I stamped the sentiment with Blackberry Bliss on Crumb Cake. This is cut out with the smallest die in the Stitched Rectangles. These are one of my go to die sets. I use from the smallest to the largest frequently.

Add a bow with the linen thread.

I found this card on Pinterest posted by B. J. Peters. I changed the die cut for the sentiment and the bow. I have to say, this card is so much prettier in person. But alas, we have to go with the photo or you can make your own!

The base die cut is using the New Misty Moonlight In Color. The outline die is again using the Smokey Slate. Adhere this entire piece with dimensionals.

The sentiment is from Blossoms in Bloom using Smokey Slate on white 4 x 1/2".

Those little fun embellishments are the new 2020-2022 In Color Enamel Dots

Holiday Catalog-Hello Tree

Guess what is today?

You guessed right if you said the day the NEW 2020 Mini Catalog goes LIVE!
07.01.20_TH_AD_CATALOG_US

Do you want to take a peek?  Click HERE.

And now for a card I created using one of my NEW favorite sets, Life Is Beautiful. This is a photopolymer set. I love that the images are seasonal. I love the tree.... I love the font on the sentiments and of course I love the little bird house! Need I say more?

My base is white c/s 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 folded on the left. I added the polka dot piece from the Playing With Patterns DSP in the annual catalog. This piece is cut at 4 1/4 x 2 3/4. The main image is white c/s 5 x 3 3/4 layered onto a Soft Suede.

Stamp the tree with Soft Suede . The set has an image that makes shadows or grass in this case. I stamped that in Pear Pizzaz. I chose the regular leaf image and stamped it in Calypso Coral. Lastly, I stamped the bird house with Gray Granite and added a linen thread bow. I've been using this linen thread a lot lately. It is one of my "go tos". It is very reasonable at $5 for 15 yards.

The sentiment is stamped in Calypso Coral and layered using the Layering Ovals die. I adhered this with dimensionals.

This is a set I will return to over and over.

It is available to you starting today. Shop the Mini Catalog for this set and other new items HERE.

Hope you enjoy perusing the NEW Mini catalog!

Always Thinking of You

Yay for Friday!

Today's post is from Andrea Walford. She uses the stamp set Field of Flowers. This is one of the new sets in the annual catalog. I just love the summer look.

The base is white cardstock cut at 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 folded with the fold at the top. I sponged a 5 1/4 x 4 piece of white with Coastal Cabana graduating lighter towards the bottom. Next I ran the layer through my big shot using the Parisian Flourish 3D embossing folder. This piece can be adhered to your base.

Stamp the grass image in Granny Apple Green at the bottom of a white layer 3 x 4 1/4.

I used my Stamparatus tool to give me correct placement of my sentiment. Stamp the dragonfly image in Bermuda Bay once and then a second time without re-inking.

The flowers are all on one image. Stamp these in Melon Mambo, Poppy Parade and Mango Melody. Use the new Confetti Flowers Border punch to punch these out. Adhere the flowers with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Be careful. Some of the flowers are really small and you only need a tiny dab of glue.

Adhere this to a black layer cut at 4 3/8 x 3 1/8 to give a tiny black border.

Add bling and you've got a beautiful Field of Flowers!

The weather has been a little cooler. Enjoy the rest of your week!

Wishing You Fabulous

Welcome!

Today I am showing a card featuring the All Things Fabulous stamp and die set. These can be purchased separately or they come bundled together which saves 10% on your cost.

My inspiration for this card was a card posted by Jackie DaSilva on Pinterest. I believe she made a 4 x 4 card. I made a regular A2 size card.

It has a white base at 8 1/2 x 5 1/2.

The next layer features the new In Color Cinnamon Cider cut at 5 x 3 3/4.

The white layer is 4 3/4 x 3 1/2. The Cinnamon Cider polka dot is our new 2020-2022 In Color 6 x 6 DSP cut at 3 1/2 x 1 1/4.

I stamped the flowers with Daffodil Delight, So Saffron and Crushed Curry in that order. Cut these out using the coordinating die cuts.

I stamped the leaves in Mossy Meadow and cut them out using the coordinating die cuts.

Lastly, I added some bling using some sequins from the up and coming Mini Catalog! So I will keep those a secret for now! Shhh....

The new Mini Catalog will go live on August 4th!  If you don't have a Mini Catalog, contact me through my website and I will send you one.

All of these supplies can be purchased through my website.

Hope you enjoy your Wednesday. Come back to visit soon!

A Little Hello

Good Monday morning!

I have one last card with the Birds and Branches Bundle today. My original plan was to start something new today, but alas I let the good light go away before I got my pictures. Also, I had one more card with my birds so I thought I would go ahead and post it. I love birds, so this set will be one I return to over and over. This card was posted on pinterest by Josiee Smuck.

Card details:
Base Blushing Bride 8 1/2 x 5 1/2
White 5 x 3 3/4
Crumb Cake 3 3/4 x 3 1/4

Run the crumb cake through your machine using the subtle embossing folder. Add crumb cake ink with a sponge. Adhere this piece to your blushing bride.

Using the Birds and More die, cut the circle out of the middle of the white.

Stamp 3 flowers with Flirty Flamingo. Stamp a bird with Pacific Point and then use Balmy Blue with the fill in stamp. Stamp 3 eggs (these are all on one image) in Blushing Bride. Stamp the next with Gray Granite. Cut all these images out with your die cuts.

Stamp sentiment with Pacific Point onto a piece of Balmy Blue. Use the Classic Label punch to cut this piece out. Cut off the left side.

Assemble card as shown. I put everything on the white piece and then adhered it to the base with dimensionals.

Lastly add a piece of linen thread. I mentioned earlier this week, I wrap the thread several times around two fingers, then tie a second piece around the middle to get this look. Add some bling and your finished!

I hope you have enjoyed these cards from the Birds and Branches Bundle this week. You can find these supplies and lots more at my website.

Happy Stamping,

Vickie

Bird Diorama

Whew! Another week almost gone.

Today I have a very special card for you from Julie Davison. She has a really cool blog. Check it out!

I love this diorama card that I ran across. I wish I was better at photography, but alas, I am severely challenged! I put the inside of the card also, because it is kind of hard to tell from the picture just how it is. This card folds flat to fit inside a regular A2 envelope.

Just Jade cardstock 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 YOU NEED TWO

Score both pieces exactly the same at 1/2", 1" 4 1/4" and 5" (Score them separately, not at the same time. This makes for more accurate scoring which will result in cleaner folds.)

White cardstock 3 3/8 x 4 1/8 YOU NEED TWO

Using the Birds and Branches bundle, stamp the branches and leaves on one of the white pieces. I stamped the leaves with Soft Suede, the leaves with Just Jade.

Stamp the bird with Soft Suede and the fill in stamp with So Saffron. Stamp 3 flowers with Flirty Flamingo. Cut all these out with the Birds and More die set. While you have the die set at your fingertips, cut the leafy circle out of the middle of one of the green pieces.

The sentiment is from Itty Bitty Greetings stamped with Soft Suede. It has just the right size greetings to fit in those little places and it has one for every occasion.

Cut the greeting out with the smallest rectangle from Stitched So Sweetly die set. This is a die set I pull time and time again. It has the perfect shapes for sentiments and sized images. I attached a 1/4" strip of So Saffron behind the image. Attach this to the circle piece with dimensionals. Attach your flowers with dimensionals also.

Attach your bird to the white piece over the branches with dimensionals. Attach this piece to the middle of the second green piece.

Stamp a second white piece with a sentiment of your choice and another bird if you desire. Attach this piece to the back of the green piece that you put the leaves and branches on. This is the back of the card. Here is what Julie did.

I finished the card up with a piece of linen thread wrapped around my fingers several times and then tied with a second piece in the middle. This was my own personal addition. Add pearls to the middle of the flowers.

Then stand back and admire your work before you run to pull cardstock to make a second diorama card. These are so much fun and stand so nicely on your desk or table. They are the perfect card to make for someone. It's almost like giving them a gift.

Enjoy!

Vickie
